Shipping policy

Flower + Flame offers a $4.95 flat rate shipping fee for orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days but please allow up to 5 days. Please see the banner on our homepage for up to date production timeframes. Please be aware unexpected and uncontrollable shipping delays can occur due to COVID-19, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If it has been 5 days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email please contact us at hello@shopflowerandflame.com. Please be sure to include your order number with your inquiry.
